The Kid's Table - Mayflower Treat Boxes/Placecards

With Halloween 1 day away all my Halloween Crafting is complete (Halloween HomeGhoul Party coming up!) 

Today I am bringing you some Thanksgiving inspiration!

Did you partake of Thanksgiving Turkey at the "kids table"? 

 I did (among all other holidays).

 It was a lot of fun eating with my cousins and not the

 "old people".

We are celebrating Thanksgiving a little early this year with our BFF's!  They are coming into town this coming weekend and the house will smell of Turkey and all the fixins!  The kids are very close (I would say like cousins).  Keeping the tradition alive - I am making them their own Kids Table!

Each child will get a Mayflower Treat Ship Place card filled with M&M's and other goodies.

Sunday Football Party

After church, it's all about Football (and laundry) every Sunday.  Today there was something int the air with Hurricane Sandy on the way..the kids were starting to show signs of worry.

SO I decided to throw together a little Football Party for them to get their minds of it.

I set it up in our bar off of our Family Room. There is a full bar with bar tv also for them to watch, as daddy sits a few few away watching on the big screen. 

Little fun outdoors to run in the leaves.

EZ Whoopee Pie Cake Pops Tutorial

Football season is in full swing...making treats for Sunday afternoon Football has never been easier! 

This treat is probably ONE of the easiest bang for the buck

 treat ever!

Yuppers you got it...using premade Oreo Cakesters, Milk Chocolate Melts, Sprinkles and Paper Straws. 

Pretty easy and self explanatory!

Kids love them and they travel well!

More Treats for the Treaters - Candy Tubes

Super easy to put these fun treats today!  

I used 2 gumballs - one yellow and one white

1 Bag of Candy Corn (filled 6 of them)

6 Plastic Tubes

Paper Fringe

Fill em up - decorate!

Kids will go nuts!

Chevron Halloween Printable - outdoor decor

I found this cute Chevron Halloween Printables over at Second Chance to Dream.(from Pinterest)  I fell in love with it!  

It's now on our upper deck with our mums and pumpkins (only in nice weather 8) 

Train Party - Guest Feature

My gal pal, Kimberly is back with another Guest Feature.   Her son, Maks, turned 2 last week and she threw the cutest Train Themed Birthday for him!

Love how she dressed up this cardboard cake stand!

Stickers and construction paper - LOVE THIS IDEA!

SO cute!  

Suggested she save this work of art for Christmas and convert to The Polar Express for the kids 8) 

Kids loved the train!

WOW  Baby wipe containers!  These all had snacks in them for the kids. PERFECT!

Halloween Party Chair Covers - EZ

Something that ALWAYS gets a great return on investment are Chair Covers. 

I have used this idea at many a parties. 

Adding some pop to the chairs can help you set the scene for your Halloween Bash. 

For this cute girly idea, I used  1/2 of a black dollar store plastic table cloth and a black tule tutu that I made.

Added a ribbon to "tie" it ll in to the color scheme and there you have it! 

Instant cuteness!

EZ Halloween Goodies - BUDGET FRIENDLY

I am ALWAYS looking for cute ways to hand out the Halloween Treats. This year (as in years past) I am using the old tried and true - Paper Towel roll treats -

For this idea I cut them in 1/2 and filled with some cute spider, bat and skull rings for the treaters!

Using Tissue paper, googly eyes (both dollar store) and some spare pieces of ribbon I was able to transform into this cute googly eye treat.  I put a cute bat puffy sticker on the front before putting on the eyes.
