Dollar Store Design - Chair Covers

For my daughter's Pirate Party, I wanted to cover the plastic chairs that we use for all our parties, and cover them for the girls. Makes them look all uniform and adds a touch of fun to the table.  I was on a tight budget, but knew that this was achievable using plastic table clothes from The Dollar Tree.

I cut each one in 1/2 and tied them with a piece of black crepe paper. I added a foam sword to each chair backing also (which I found at Oriental Trading on clearance!) 

This is the outcome! 

 I was very pleased and it helped to create that Pirate look I was going for!
